The HSI Solv Solution Architect is a senior position within the demand function of Customer Operations. This role will have a key focus working in the pre-sales phase, working closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique challenges and design comprehensive, innovative technical solutions. Being highly capable with our products, your key responsibilities include enhancing the customer experience through solutions, building function technical capability and driving innovation through design principles. This role will have a Solv implementation component – providing Implementation Managers with assistance on complex customer projects such as self-insurance, leading proof of concepts, and providing integration expertise and solution consultancy. As a senior specialist, you will be expected to assist in the upskilling of other implementers sharing your knowledge and experience.
