NOTE: This is a temporary position covering from June 22 to the end of August JOB DUTIES: Provide transportation to medical facilities and specialty clinics in accordance with program policies. Assist Clients in and out of patient transport vehicles. Remain available for duty as indicated on the Monthly Drivers Schedule. Make round trips to transport clients to and/or from medical facilities in Anchorage or Fairbanks. Maintain periodic contact with the supervisor when on long distance transports, via cell phone. Perform daily vehicle inspections prior to use, and report any issues to supervisor. Maintain trip log throughout the day, following policy and procedure.
