Job Purpose: We are recruiting a Financial Controller for South Central Europe (covering Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Moldova). This is a pivotal role offering broad exposure across financial accounting & reporting, financial controls, business partnering, and transformation initiatives. You will lead the Stewardship agenda, ensuring objective oversight, high-quality reporting, and strong control performance. The role requires the ability to navigate complex issues, influence senior stakeholders, and balance value protection with value creation. You will manage a team of five finance professionals, and work closely with our operating centres in Poland and external partners. The role reports to the Head of Financial Controlling Europe in Rotterdam and is part of the Europe financial controllers community.
