Description Tarantino Properties is seeking a Part Time Leasing Agent to oversee an apartment community located in Richmond. Responsibilities: Requirements: Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office - Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors - Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue - Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew - Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email - Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects - Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market Excellent written and verbal communication: Onesite Software experience preferred: Lease-up experience preferred: Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus Why People Love Working Here: People are at the heart of what we do every day.
