Job description
The General Manager of Sales (GM) will drive and execute strategic sales initiatives to lead our Mining division in achieving and exceeding the ambitious sales targets. The GM is responsible for developing and implementing the 5-year sales growth plan, increasing market visibility,penetration, and ensuring overall profitability by leveraging strong customer relationships, best in class Customer Service and best practice processes. The GM will utilize market intelligence to develop and execute strategies for growth, with a focus on market participation, market visibility, and customer conversion. Success in this position hinges on the ability to develop, deliver and monitor effective operating plans, sales tools, market strategy and forecast.
