Position Summary: Takes on a team approach to successfully support the maintenance teams at multiple venues in an assigned district. Responsible for implementing and monitoring Preventative Maintenance Schedules for all areas of the venues, to include, bowling and building equipment (boilers, HVAC units, hot water tanks, fire and life safety systems, etc.), maintenance tools, and equipment. Responsible for the overall maintenance operations of assigned districts. Provides technical and troubleshooting assistance to Facility Managers within their assigned district. Responsibilities: These requirements/functions may change throughout employment.
