About the Role: As an Application Support Engineer in C4i Solutions, you will be responsible maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising business-critical applications to ensure their reliability and performance. You will act as a key link between users, developers, and infrastructure teams, resolving technical issues, monitoring system health, and implementing fixes or enhancements. The role involves incident management, root cause analysis, system configuration, and supporting continuous improvement to minimise downtime and improve user experience.
