Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree in a related field. - Experience leading and closing complex partnership agreements, including negotiation, structuring, and implementation. - Experience with partnerships for Artificial intelligence/Machine learning (AI/ML) model training. - Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
