Company Description Tyler Union is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Operations Manager who will be reporting to the M&H Valve / Tyler Union Oxford Operations & Shipping Manager that will be responsible for leading the daily manufacturing, production, and distribution activities at the Tyler Union Oxford facility. The Operations Manager drives continuous improvement, leads and develops front-line supervisors, and ensures the facility meets performance targets across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role ensures safe operations, consistent product quality, efficient workflow, and alignment with company standards and The McWane Way principles.
