Job Title Continuous Improvement Expert (all genders) Job Description: Philips offers professional Continuous Improvement support to our business partners to resource and deliver on a wide range of improvement initiatives. The CI support provided ranges from standard training events and improvement initiatives to more complex long-term improvement assignments. In driving performance improvement, the Continuous Improvement Expert adopts a variety of different roles, such as guide, coach, analyst, trainer or change manager, depending on the type of assignment. In all situations, the Continuous Improvement Expert challenges and leads by example.
