This role is Hybrid Halifax, Nova Scotia East Coast Operations Manager Position Summary: The East Coast Operations Manager is responsible and accountable to the Service Delivery Manager for the leadership and management of the Service Delivery team and activities conducted from the Thales East Coast locations. As the senior leader on the East Coast, the Operations Manager has a responsibility to drive the Thales culture and behaviors to align people in a collective direction, enable them to work together and accomplish shared goals, and help adjust to the changing environment.
