Department: Family Practice & Specialty Associates Shift/schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/wk) GENERAL SUMMARY: Works under the supervision of the Office Manager, Operations Manager, Office Supervisor, and/or Family Health Center Manager. The Medical Office LPN's primary job function is to provide assistance to the provider with patient exams and/or procedures. Collects vitals, chief complaints, pain assessment, and documents past medical history. Phones and/or e-prescribes prescriptions to pharmacies, make referrals, operates medical equipment, and performs patient education. Performs other duties as assigned.
