Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, in a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). - 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript). - Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers, and program managing within a technical organization. Preferred qualifications: - Proficiency in continuous improvement, execution, organizational change, and stakeholder management. - Knowledge of AI and actively seeking opportunities to use AI technologies to lead improvements across programs. - Ability to demonstrate technical understanding and comfort working with engineers and with technology. - Ability to communicate clearly, actively, and align shared or conflicting goals to arrive at the best collective outcome and effective collaboration attributes. - Excellent planning skills with the ability to organize ambiguous projects into clear longer-term objectives. - Excellent unstructured problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data.
