What You’ll Do: The Life Coach promotes continued student engagement in The Excel Center and serves as a student advocate. This role guides student learning and productivity by building meaningful relationships and connecting students with resources to remove barriers to educational success. The Life Coach is an integral member of The Excel Center staff, contributing to student success, retention, and graduation outcomes while fostering a high-performance, student-centered culture.
