Profile: The Concession Manager oversees all aspects related to our concessions located within La Rinascente Milano. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing the team, and ensuring excellence in clientelling, operations, and merchandise presentation. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Concession Manager ensures team alignment and full compliance with company protocols and policies, while maintaining strong collaboration with the department store management. Role Responsibilities: In particular, the Concession Manager will be in charge of: Cultivating relationships with clients through a continuous and attentive presence on the shop floor, ensuring a welcoming and refined service experience consistent with the brand philosophy, corporate image and client‑engagement guidelines.
