Agronomy General Laborer: SALARY RANGE: $17-$19/HOUR: $17-$19 Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT: The purpose for this position is to assist the agronomy team with day-to-day operations including equipment preparation, product handling, and plant support tasks. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist in filling NH3 tanks: Help transfer and deliver products between locations. Support equipment set-up and field operations.
