About Complexio Complexio is an enterprise AI company building the Event Knowledge Graph (EKG) platform — the intelligence layer for enterprise operations. Our core products include the EKG, Stevie (conversational AI interface), Context Broker, and Enterprise Automator. We serve leading organisations across the maritime, energy, insurance, trading and industrial sectors and are in active commercial scale-up with a growing roster of enterprise customers. Role Purpose: The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a senior leadership role responsible for the full commercial engine at Complexio. You will own and drive revenue across the entire customer lifecycle — from initial pipeline development through to long-term account growth — and will lead a high-performing team spanning Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, and Account Management. This role reports directly to the Co-CEO and sits on the Operating Leadership Team (OLT).
