They deliver service excellence to guests and customers by listening to their needs, analyzing information, and creating tailored proposals in a pleasant and professional manner. This position is responsible for negotiating and closing sales while exceeding sales targets. ______________________________________________________________________________ Performance Expectations: Solicit, negotiate, and confirm new and repeat business through initiative-taking direct sales calls, sales blitzes, appointment calls, trade shows, site visits and marketing to maximize revenues to meet/exceed individual, team and hotel budgeted revenue goals. Fully qualify business potential, ensuring pricing aligns with budgeted revenue goals. Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop quarterly and annual action plans for the assigned market segments to achieve goals.
