Contract and Claim Manager Dürr Group Services Sp. z o. o. | online seit: 30.03.2026 Take on challenging tasks: - Reviewing & commenting on various contractual bases of national and international contracts - Participation in the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts - Analyze the contract to raise awareness of notification requirements and to allow the responsible team members to efficiently coordinate interfaces - Supporting the project management in notifying, assessing, asserting/defending, negotiating and monitoring identified claims e.g. assist by preparing notifications and claim letters - Setting up and creating royalty (standard) agreements and legal contracts between the licensor and the licensee (Sales & Project Purchase Department) - Provide trainings for our employees Your skills: 12_DuerrGroupEnglisch - Satz Benz - Passion for woodworking industry and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
