About the position Location: Katowice: Hybrid model of working: Main Job Purpose: Expedition planner is responsible for transportation order planning. Key Responsibilities: Transportation order planning So, what does it take to be successful in this role? - Orders planning with a strong focus on truckfill and weightfill optimisation - Focus on lower days in warehouse after release - Daily stock monitoring - Stock transport order and delivery creation in SAP S4/HANA system - Order update - Close cooperation with production planning and logistics teams - Daily communication with factory and warehouse teams - Prioritising urgent deliveries - Logistics data maintenance - Monitoring of express requests to avoid service risk - Providing and archiving documentation for export/import - At least basic knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) - Good communication skills - Experience in planning or logistics would be an advantage (not mandatory) - Experience in SAP system would be an advantage (not mandatory) - English B1-B2 level - English B2 level - German A2-B1 would be an advantage What’s next: If this position sounds interesting, please hit the apply button now!
