Supv Inventory Control ( Job Number: 341854 ) Description Position Title: Inventory Control Supervisor: Business Name: Lycoming Engines: Function: Production Control & Logistics: Reports To: Director, Supply & Planning Job Summary: The Inventory Control Supervisor is a key leader and change agent within our manufacturing facility, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all daily inventory control processes, including cycle counts, WIP, receiving, and warehouse inventory. This position ensures continuous improvement, accuracy, and compliance across all inventory activities, while motivating and holding team members accountable for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The supervisor collaborates across departments, including union leadership, and upholds company policies and standards.
