Job Description Summary BD Peripheral Intervention (BDPI), a ~$2B global business within Becton Dickinson, is seeking a Sr. Project Analyst to directly support R&D project and program teams delivering BDPI’s New Product Development (NPD) pipeline. This role focuses on project execution enablement, providing hands on support to project teams through application of project management best practices, facilitation of operating rhythms, and structured continuous improvement initiatives. The R&D PMO Specialist acts as a trusted execution partner to project managers and cross functional teams, strengthening planning discipline, risk management, and delivery predictability. This position is ideal for an individual with practical project management experience who enjoys collaborating closely with teams and helping improve how work gets done. Experience with Lean concepts such as Obeya rooms or Kaizen facilitation is strongly valued but not required.
