Construction Laborer

Job description

Duties: · Assist Superintendent in a broad range of small construction projects · Building maintenance and repair · Landscaping and snow removal · Basic carpentry and related labor work · Load and unload supplies · Cutting, chipping, burning with torch, soldering, drilling, coring · Handle deliveries and pick-ups · Assist trades workers · Operating small power tools such as power drills, saws, core driller, and hammer drill. · Assist with cutting and fitting construction materials under the direction of supervisor · Keeping jobsite and surrounding areas clean and organized Requirements: · Provide a resume with dates of employment, companies worked for and positions held · High School Diploma or equivalent · Ability to make the daily commute to Boulder · Must speak and write English fluently · Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including some heavy lifting
