Industrial Security Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing company is seeking an Industrial Security Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This position will be a part of our Boeing Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) supporting Phantom Works programs and employees in the St. Louis area. Position Responsibilities: Manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the SCI, SAP and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieve all operational goals Lead and mentor employees, perform security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conduct security inquiries, oversee compliance assessments implementation security controls and protecting personnel, information, and equipment Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Assist with team members' professio...
