POSITION PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Maintenance Superintendent position is to oversee manufacturing operations from a maintenance viewpoint and ensure successful transition of new products to the production floor. Using manufacturing engineering practices, write routings/manufacturing instructions. This position is also responsible for participating in the hiring process, training maintenance employees and the direct supervision of maintenance supervisors to ensure areas are clean and safe.
