Job Summary: This position requires an experienced BCBA who has extensive experience and advanced training in the assessment and treatment of severe challenging behavior within a residential setting. Qualifications include, but are not limited to, advanced expertise in functional analysis, empirically validated behavior reduction strategies, reinforcement-based interventions, crisis management, and staff training/support. The candidate must maintain the ability to lead a highly engaged, collaborative, and accountable behavioral support team while ensuring compliance with regulatory, ethical, and best practice standards for intensive behavioral services within a residential setting. Successful candidates design, implement, and monitor comprehensive behavior support plans informed by functional assessment data.
