An exciting opportunity is available for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join the Human Resources team in our Business Services Unit. Are you bright, enthusiastic, and eager to make a meaningful impact? Join our dynamic Business Support Unit as a Learning & Development Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will play an integral role in designing and delivering high quality, innovative Learning and Development solutions to the Partners and staff of Thynne + Macartney. Your diverse responsibilities will include: - Implementing L&D solutions that respond to the strategic needs of the firm. - Engaging with practice groups/individuals to assess capability, performance and learning requirements and provide recommendations and strategies that will enhance capabilities. - Managing the delivery of the firm's training program in line with identified business needs and compliance obligations, including facilitating, and liaising with internal and external training providers. - Proactively networking and cultivating connections within the expansive legal community to discern compelling topics and identify speakers of interest. - Managing specific L&D proje...
