Today, we operate one of the leading creator-marketing businesses for games, partnering with game studios and publishers globally. As we scale our commercial organization, were strengthening our leadership team to accelerate growth, deepen partnerships, and build a world-class sales engine. We are now hiring a Head of Partnerships to lead, coach, and scale our team of Partnership Managers and Sales Directors, drive New Business & Account Growth strategies. This is a people-first leadership role with full commercial responsibility. You wont be expected to be the top salesperson in the room - instead, youll be the coach, motivator, and operator who enables the team to perform at its best. The Role As Head of Partnerships, you will lead Wehypes Partnership Managers (PMs) and sales leaders, owning forecasting, planning, execution, and results.
