About the Role: - Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation to completion. - Leverage cross-functional knowledge and capability to identify key deliverables and effectively prioritize and manage risk, proactively escalating decisions in a timely fashion to support overall delivery. - Establishes requirements with customers and key stakeholders. Thoroughly understands the nature of the business requirements for each project. Makes important and strategic decisions which may significantly impact the overall project deliverables to the customer. - Establishes roles, responsibilities and competencies required for the project. Builds and manages an effective project team, including defining and obtaining required resources, utilizing internal and external personnel resources with the ability to operate in matrix organization. - Develops an overall project plan that may include; Project Charter, risk assessments, timeline and milestones, financial projections, performance measures, and communication and change management plans, following the Resmed Project Management Framework. - Establishes organization and governance structures to successfully deliver project objecti...
