Overview Salary: $40,492 - $59,500 + eligible for bonus program Yusen Logistics is seeking a dedicated professional for the pivotal role of Security Surveilence Operator. A critical position within our 24/7 operation center. This role requires a high level of vigilance and dedication, as this position will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our Loss Prevention program. Responsibilities: - Monitor nationwide facilities in real time using CCTV, access control, alarms, analytics, and GPS‑tracking systems to identify potential security or safety risks. - Ensure the protection of facilities, yards, freight, personnel, and assets through proactive surveillance and timely escalation of critical events. - Use sound judgment and critical‑thinking skills to assess incidents and determine appropriate response actions. - Analyze live and recorded video feeds to identify suspicious activity, safety concerns, or threats and promptly elevate findings to appropriate stakeholders. - Monitor GPS devices and alerts for route deviations, unauthorized stops, or tampering and take immediate action, including escalation to site leadership, security personnel, transportation teams, or la...
