Reports To: Service Delivery Technical Manager Partner with the best: As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: Performing as Subject Matter Expert for Tubular Running Services (TRS) Being knowledgable of industry common TRS related equipment – i.e. tubular handling tools, power tongs, surface equipment, and work processes Supporting the field technically through different media (online, phone calls and technical papers) Handling special projects, iteration, & adaptation as required Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process Providing 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field, as needed Sharing the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management...
