Responsibilities: Assist in determination of parts & supplies requirements with customers, selling parts & supplies and providing order processing services. Maintain a clean in-store display and merchandise sales area Present merchandise to customers with professional selling techniques. Serve & assist customers and service department in a very professional manner, keeping their needs in mind while also operating with the company’s best interests in mind. Occasionally assist customers in loading & unloading parts & supplies. Operate as a facilitator for customers in finding what they want. Maintains excellent customer relations at all times.
