Role: Head of Sales (SKODA) Volkswagen Group Australia is one of the world's leading automobile manufacturers, employing more than 600,000 people all around the world and selling its vehicles in more than 150 countries. The wholly-owned subsidiary has its National Sales Centre based in Sydney home to some of Australia's most recognisable brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and now CUPRA. The Role: The main responsibilities include: - To deliver ŠKODA Australia’s volume and market share objectives. - Ensuring Network performance in Sales area. - Plan Sales volume, both short and long term, down to model and variants - Develop fleet business to become a strong reliable pillar of the business, optimizing and growing profitable fleet business - Volume and Market Planning - Evaluate Product and pricing decisions in context of Sales Base Plan and Market fit - Managing and steering the Sales team & Network - Sales Campaign Management and Budget planning - Reporting - Fleet Sales and Management - Vehicle Ordering - People Development and management of the team (6) - Stakeholder / relationship management with factory and Dealers Selection Criteria: To succeed in this role, candidates wil...
