. Scope and Purpose: The In-House Legal Counsel ("Counsel") will be working within the New York in-house legal department (“Legal Department”) of Intesa Sanpaolo, Corporate and Investment Banking Division (“ISPNY”). Counsel will support the Legal Department in the day-to-day management of ISPNY’s legal affairs, including, but not limited to, drafting and negotiation of financing and other agreements (e.g. vendor agreements, NDAs, etc.), supporting the Legal Department in its interactions with external counsel, and in the management of litigation matters, assisting in corporate governance matters and providing general advice on New York law matters. Counsel will work closely with ISPNY’s Senior In-House Counsel personnel and will report directly to ISPNY’s Head of Legal Required Experience: 3-5 years in the same role.
