Work Flexibility: Onsite Weekend Shift: Friday-Saturday: 5:00am-7:00pm Sunday: 5:00am-6:30pm: Weekday training will be required: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm What you will do: Support daily powdercoat operations and respond to production issues that impact safety, quality, or throughput. Troubleshoot and repair powdercoat equipment, including conveyors, ovens, spray booths, guns, pumps, reclaim systems, and wash systems. Monitor line performance and identify opportunities to improve uptime, first-pass yield, and efficiency. Perform preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance activities. Assist with root cause analysis for defects such as poor adhesion, contamination, orange peel, light coverage, runs, and color variation. Support setup, programming, and adjustment of powdercoat equipment and process parameters. Work with engineering teams on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and new product launches. Document process changes, troubleshooting activities, and maintenance records. Support testing, validation, and implementation of new materials, equipment, and process changes.
