Description: The Senior Associate Director, Programs provides strategic leadership in the planning, development, and execution of program initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison and spokesperson, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including committees and partner organizations. The position supports policy development, drives strategic priorities, and oversees day-to-day program operations. The Senior Associate Director may collaborate with private, government, and international partners, lead research efforts, develop new initiatives, and contribute to publishable materials. This role may also include supervision of staff.
