This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for On Call Emergency Management Specialist, Response to work out of Guam . Emergency management cadre positions are on-call and assignments are on an as-needed basis . Cadre members are not eligible for benefits. Cadre members are asked for a 30 day commitment; availability to deploy with little to no advance notice (typically within 24-48 hours); and during deployments, ability to potentially work 8-12 hours/day; 7 days/week. Your Impact: - Support Emergency Management team in servicing clients preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters nationwide and in US territories. - Deploy to Emergency Operations Center and/or Field Staging Area operations prior to, during, and post-disaster. - Perform a variety of duties including logistics, supply, cost/documentation and/or resource unit functions. - Attend periodic training throughout the year to maintain deployment eligibility. - Support Emergency Management Project Management functions. - Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. - Perform...
