The Electrical Resource Team Lead works in a matrix organization to support programs and projects by optimally planning, coordinating, and leading Electrical and Mechatronics Pre-Commissioning resources. This role provides technical and safety leadership, leads all aspects of hiring, training, performance management, and contract labor, and collaborates closely with project and installation leaders to ensure teams are accurately staffed, skilled, and supported. The position also drives continuous improvement and fosters a positive, safety-focused work environment.
