Responsibilities: · Manage the processing of full cycle accounts payable, credit card transactions and expense reports in a timely manner – from data entry point, payment processing and month-end closing · Drive forward the cash management process and treasury optimization · Oversee that all transactions are properly approved and coded to the general ledger – including fixed assets and prepaid items · Review and perform month-end reconciliations for assigned accounts · Maintain vendor relationships and vendor records/database · Prepare annual Form 1099s · Other duties as assigned Requirements:...
