JFNTMP: JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Intern JOB PURPOSE: An opportunity is available for a Mechanical/Energy Systems Engineering student to assist with designing and building experimental & educational systems for a wide range of disciplines across the UW campus in the Engineering Shop. This hands-on internship position is multiple parts: System integration, mechanical design, CAD modeling and time spent working in the shops (fabrication, machining, soldering, wiring, sweeping/mopping, daily upkeep, etc…). The position will allow up to to 40hr/week during the Summer 2026 Semester, with the potential for staying on during the school year following, at reduced rate of 10hr/week...
