Trusted Shops enables trust between people, businesses, and increasingly AI agents – serving tens of thousands of business members and over 50 million consumers. As Head of Revenue Operations, you will rebuild the RevOps function from the ground up and lead a team of specialists. You own the full revenue engine across Marketing, Sales, AM, and Customer Success: strategy, processes, data, technology, and go-to-market execution. The ambition is clear: move RevOps from linear workflows and manual reporting toward an AI-first operating model where AI agents orchestrate data, prescribe actions, and automate routine work across the GTM motion. You'll set the pace for this transition – building solid operational foundations while aggressively adopting AI where it delivers real leverage.
