The main responsibility of the Meat & Seafood Manager is to oversee production, associates, customer satisfaction and standards for the Meat & Seafood Department. In addition, the Meat & Seafood Manager plays a critical role in ensuring goals and metrics are consistently met throughout the department. As a part of the Hansen’s IGA Market leadership team, the Meat & Seafood Manager must demonstrate accountability, strong team management skills and hands-on involvement, both on the floor and with the team.
