We are seeking an Audit Team Leader who will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality execution of audit procedures, efficient task allocation, continuous coaching, and effective communication with local audit teams. The Audit Team Leader plays a key role in driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting process improvement initiatives across the Audit Hub. What we are looking for: - With 3-5 years working experience in financial audit in international audit firms; - Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas; - Good analytic and numeric skills; - Good planning; - Computer skills (MS Office); - Team player; - Willing to continuously improve their knowledge; - Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English; - Entrepreneurial approach; What will you do: - Coordinate and oversee a team of 7–8 audit professionals, ensuring balanced workload distribution and timely delivery of assigned tasks; - Manage incoming requests from local audit teams, including task allocation, ticket handling, and monitoring progress; - Ensure coverage of the majority of audit areas, offering team members exposure to the full audit cycle - Review team members’ work templates and a...
