Position Overview dormakaba is seeking an Assembler 2 based in Montreal. The Assembler 2 is responsible for the precise assembly, visual inspection, testing, and packaging of mechanical lock systems in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role ensures that all products meet dormakaba's high standards of performance and reliability before reaching the customer . Hourly Rate: $17.67 - $19.15 /hour AI Disclosure: No automated screening tools will be used during the application process What you will do: - Set up and prepare the assembly station in accordance with the production order requirements. - Assemble mechanical lock components by following detailed assembly instructions, using hand tools, manual or electric equipment such as screwdrivers. - Test and verify the proper functioning of assembled locks in accordance with established specifications and quality standards. - Troubleshoot and repair defective locks by reassembling components or replacing faulty parts as needed. - Identify and document defective components by completing the appropriate reject reports accurately and in a timely manner What we require: - High school diploma - Exceptional manua...
