CREW MEMBER NON-EXEMPT/HOURLY POSITION: Position Summary: The Crew Member’s role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all guests of Blake’s Lotaburger stores. All crew members are expected to adopt an attitude that is passionate about our food and fanatical about our process. Crew members will be assigned to one of six assignments during each shift and are expected to quickly learn and be proficient in all of them, including: Cashier/Counter Help & Drive-Thru Window, Assembly Table, Fry Station, Grill Station, Prep Station and Housekeeping. All crew members report to the General Manager.
