Overview The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. This pay for this position starts at $31.70 / hour. In addition, you can earn an additional $1 / hour for ASE certifications after the required minimum of 4 (up to 8 in total). Weekday hours from 3:00pm to close and all weekend shifts also qualify for an additional $2 / hr shift differential. Employees also have the opportunity to earn annual merit increases based on performance. The current maximum rate of pay for this position is $44.40 / hour.
