JOB PURPOSE: As a Medior CRM Lifecycle Consultant, you translate CRM and Digital Marketing strategy into concrete CRM (email, SMS, push) campaigns, journeys and segmentation. You focus on the “what”, “when” and “where” of customer interactions throughout the lifecycle, ensuring campaigns are relevant, timely, and aligned with business goals and customer experience principles.
