Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Executive Director in Training to join our growing team. Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It’s a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Shifts Available: Full Time, Manager on Duty weekend/holiday rotation Wage: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually Position Summary: Under the direction of the Executive Director, assists with leading and directing the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy and procedure, with the focus of maintaining excellent care for the residents/tenants while achieving the facility’s business objectives.
