The Opportunity We are looking for a Factory Manager to lead one of our GI Valves Factories in Sweden. In this role, you will oversee all operational activities, ensuring that production processes, capacity, and capabilities align with business needs and strategic goals. You will drive operational excellence, foster continuous improvement, and guarantee that safety, quality, and efficiency remain top priorities across all manufacturing operations. How you'll make an impact Take full accountability for factory operations, including safety, quality, production planning, and resource allocation. Achieve production targets while maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery of products. Lead and motivate local teams, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Champion health and safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
