We are looking for a new colleague to take a position of Junior Customer Care Specialist. As Junior Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for: Contact with clients via phone (incoming calls), replying to chat messages and e-mails; Activating customers;: Cooperation with other company departments;: Assisting customers in resolving reported problems.
